Cookie Dough Bliss balls

I made bliss balls + actually remembered to write the recipe down 😮 There’s a first time for everything!


Time: 5 minutes

Makes: 10 balls

What you need:

1 cup almond meal

1/4 cup tapioca/arrowroot powder

1/4 cup peanut butter

handful cacao nibs

3 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)

honey (to taste)

generous pinch salt

What to do:

1 / Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Combine using a large spoon.

2 / Use your hands to shape mixture into balls.

3 / Place in the freezer to firm up (about 30 minutes).

*notes:

  • to get a more consistent round shape, take the balls out of the freezer just as they’re firming up + re-roll them.
