Hi 👋 I’m Julia - Pilates teacher, mindful mover & cheerleader for YOU on your journey to a happier, healthier, more active life.

 
 

Through the Pilates method, I help you to build a strong body & a calm & focused mind; I guide you in shifting old energies & transcending self-created limitations so that you can grow into the conscious, capable & courageous human that you came here to be.

I have trained in a range of movement styles & draw from this rich tapestry of influences in my approach to mat Pilates. I meet you where you are at - no matter your background or experience level - & work with you to find what feels good in your body.

Over the years, I’ve helped many students overcome mixed feelings around exercise & embrace a more active lifestyle. They’ve experienced great improvements in their energy, mood & health, while increasing their focus & decreasing stress.

I keep Sol Space Pilates classes fun, relaxed & enjoyable. No two classes are the same, yet there is a continuing thread that weaves the work together so that you will progress & get results.

If you want to move more but have felt intimidated or put off by fitness culture, I hear you! I created Sol Space Pilates as a place for humans - just like you - to connect & move together, to build strength & confidence & get back to living life with more ease & joy.

Qualifications

  • Cert IV Pilates Matwork (Polestar Pilates)

  • 300 hrs Vinyasa Yoga incl. Mind Body Meditation (Yoga Trinity)

  • 50 hrs Core Yoga (Yoga Trinity)

  • 50 hrs Yin Yoga (Mel McLaughlin - The Yin Space)

  • 110 hrs Meditation Teacher Training (Level 1 + Level 2 - Yogacademy)
