After several years teaching at Adelaide’s top boutique studios, I have taken my expertise out on the road to better support clients who can’t attend scheduled classes.
I work with women in midlife navigating the unique challenges of this vibrant yet demanding time. Often at the peak of their careers, they are juggling family responsibilities & dealing with the physical & emotional shifts that come with this season of life. As the heartbeat of their households, they’re often stretched thin, craving the benefits of movement but struggling to carve out time for themselves.
Through the Pilates method, I help them ease discomfort & reconnect with their bodies - to stand taller, feel stronger & more supple, & be at home in their skin.
My training in multiple movement modalities gives me a rich vocabulary to craft Sol Space sessions. No two sessions are the same, yet there is a common thread that weaves the work together so that you will progress & get results. Sol Space marries traditional Pilates with the latest in movement science to deliver a holistic & effective workout.
Qualifications
Cert IV Pilates Matwork (Polestar Pilates)
300 hrs Vinyasa Yoga incl. Mind Body Meditation (Yoga Trinity)
50 hrs Core Yoga (Yoga Trinity)
50 hrs Yin Yoga (Mel McLaughlin - The Yin Space)
110 hrs Meditation Teacher Training (Level 1 + Level 2 - Yogacademy)
